OK quality but not that nice aesthetically
Depending whether you want function over style will really depend whether you like this hand rail or not.As a functional handrail which can be easily adjusted depending whether you want to use one a flat or sloped surface such as steps, then this is fine, there is a good range of movement and the rails come with everything you need for installation, including drill and fixing kit for a variety of different surfaces.However, this flexibly comes at a cost to the aesthetic qualities, to look at this is not nice in my opinion, additionally the handrail is quite square and not that nice to hold on to, especially for people with mobility issues and grip problems.The build quality and materials is pretty good, it has a good thickness to inspire a bit of confidence in the strength, but this is only fixed at the bottom so could be weakness depending on the surface that it is installed into.Overall I think that this is hugely overpriced at £69.99, there is no way that the materials or engineering has cost that much and if paying this much money I think that there are better products put there.
