Lots of bristles. Would definitely consider it a firm toothbrush. Gentle brushing required at first. Some bristles have started falling out after two weeks, but only one or two. A year later these brushes have held up and I haven't even had to replace them yet. (I did start using a new one per the recommendation to change tooth brushes after a while.) I will definitely reorder.

Love these bamboo toothbrush, what I was looking for.I love the soft bristles and the light toothbrush. Bamboo feels good in the hand. Toothbrush feels comfortable in my mouth compared to a plastic one. Enough to clean the teeth. The main part of the tooth brush is from an all natural, sustainable material. Buy these toothbrushes if you care about the earth.

These worked great with the charcoal powder I bought! Also they are soft but still scrubbed well. They are just as pictured.

These are rad! My husband and I tried another brand of bamboo toothbrush and it was okay, but these are such good quality and the charcoal really whitens. Win win!

I love them and so does my husband. They shed bristles, but are very efficient with regarding tooth and tongue brushing.
