Great product. Gets us exercising without having to join a gym, and not having to wait to use equipment.Only four stars and not five because there are limited instructions and even the free DVD doesn't explain about what levels to use when starting the machine. There are five pre programmed levels but no information apart from the different speeds that each one has which is done on a graph and not in figures.

I love this- it is great.not too noisy and fairly versatile, can be fairly powerful and the DVD is really helpful with a range of exercises at varied competence levels- I have saved money on gym memberships as I have found that I am more inclined to train at home now that I have the equipment to do it!

I looked at all the Plates available and chose this one and glad i did.I have started to use it regularly and I am so pleased as it is helping me to trim down. Great for anyone looking for a low impact workout with great benefits. :)

Great for those less able to exercise actively.

easy to use, watch is a boon, easy to store, does everything I want it to. I have had it a few weeks now and its great that the exercise bands are attached, feels like I am working out and toning at the same time, I do feel firmer and fitter. I enjoy it listening to music and working the bands. great stuff 10/10

Gosh it is such a quiet machine. Although we have had it for 48hrs.We are so glad we took the gamble. Very strong bit of kit so well made and compact. So go on ,you will not be dissapointed.

Arrived quickly, good solid product had a big version before but this is better as it can easily be stroed away when not using.

Very heavy item. I haven't noticed a lot of difference so far. Not as impressed as II THOUGHTThis is a very heavy item. I had to buy a special mat to protect my carpet. Haven't noticed too much of a difference so far but to be fair I haven't had it very long.
