We have put together this crystal healing kit for helping people who have Autism. This is a very wide spectrum with many different attributes, but a common perception is that autistic people operate on a different vibration and can often feel detached from their earthly surroundings and this can cause fear, shyness, confusion and difficulty connecting and communicating. We have put together a gentle set of crystals which we feel would be beneficial. The kit comes in a little organza drawstring bag with a guide on how to use and look after your crystals. Crystals may vary in size, shape and colour. This healing kit contains the following crystals. Sodalite - switches off mental chatter and allows for calm and deeper consideration. Helps with intuition and communication. Amethyst - creates calm and sobriety whilst still encouraging connection and sense of self and role within the bigger picture. Smoky Quartz - very grounding and gentle, can help to calm fears and allow time to breathe and settle. also very helpful for physical stability. Aventurine - gentle and nurturing, encourages self expression and dispels timidity, anxiety, inhibitions and self consciousness. Kellie is currently training with ICGT to become a Crystal Therapist. She is also a Reiki Master and all crystals are cleansed and charged with Reiki energy prior to sending out.
