Nice cups
The only thing I dislike about these cups is that they are the perfect size for the middle 8 oz selection on my machine if you are not adding milk and sugar. I do add milk and sugar to mine so I have to sip it off before I can walk with it. The chalkboard is more novelty than a"feature". It is fun though. Excellent customer service, I received the first set chipped and they had a new set to me 2 days later.

Love those cool little guys! To draw on a chalkboard surface is a bit tricky, but for a coffee maniac like me, it's a meditation near my computer 🙂 Mugs are lovely. And my kids now look forward to their breakfast tea - who doesn’t like to play with food?! The idea with coasters is sweet, thanks!

Does not hold heat as expected.
Too heavy. Prefer thinner. Does not hold coffee heat long enough.

Love the colors
Love these mugs/tea cups. However, broke one the first week when I accidentally dropped a jaron the mug. Love the chalk board type exterior. My husband writes me little notes when he makesmy tea for me. Love it!

keeps coffee hot awhile, and they're fun
Pro-keeps coffee hot longer.Con-Thick rim=drippy but hotter coffee is worth it.Hubby always excited to see fun stuff that I write on mug with the chalk.

You need better packaging around each individual cup
Two cups arrived broken. You need better packaging around each individual cup. The cups are very nice. I like them.
