BoginaBag pads contain a granular powder which is contained inside the fibrous cellulose of the pad - When it absorbs water it swells into a gel which traps the liquid. Not great.
Not cheap for what they are; just an long absorbent pad in a none too thick black plastic bag and that's my main gripe, I would have expected thicker bags given the intended use. Likewise the pad, I would have thought a wider circular pad would have been better. The seat itself isn't that great either. Anyway, a reasonable enough idea but not well thought out

Would not go camping without
These are just amazing. I have used them for some years and would not go camping without them as they are essential in an emergency and beats having a porta loo with all the horrible chemicals and smells.

Absolutely brilliant product, we've been buying and using these for the last few years, we've been asked so many time where to get them and how much, absolute life saver if you are at a festival and don't want to wait in the Q for the toilet.

Does what is has to
Works ok for the intended purpose, but not as absorbent as they possibly could be. Does the job for kids during the night while camping, saving having to leave the tent. They seem expensive for what they are.

Essential Kit.
If you need a loo then you need these. We have used them with the actual Bog in a Bag, but also as a liner for our motorhome loo to help keep it clean when we are not near an emptying point. Once used these bags can be disposed of anywhere that you would dispose of a baby nappy. Essential kit as far as I'm concerned.

Great product
Great product, used inside a camping toilet and worked perfect. Reduces noise when using in a tent in the night and great absorbency. No leaks. Just tied up after use and disposed of appropriately.

The boginabag is such a handy help for those nights when it's wet & avoids the trapise to the toilet block in an emergency. Packs up small. Replacement bags are a bit pricey but really effective.
