Great go to stress reliever
This product is SO helpful for urgent stress. Takes it down a notch or two with kids. Even though it’s expensive gum, Way worth it for the “medicinal” aspect. I’d even consider it a bargain for on-the-spot anxiety reducing. Love the flavor that it isn’t peppermint.

The Pastilles are More Effective; Flavor? Meh
The pastilles work way better. The flavor is ok, but doesn’t last longer than one minute or so. I’m going back to the pastilles.

Great for anxiety
The original flower essence flavor was much more effective and had a better flavor, however, this still does the trick. When I am faced with a large crowd of people, I chew two pieces and it calms me down a bit.

Not sure how I would manage without it
When going for a really important test I did a lot of reading into something that I could have to calm my nerves. This came up a few times. So I decided to give them a go. I already had anxiety and PA issues with past traumatic events. These helped so much to get me through. They really do work. They taste of mint, i've had no reactions to them and the taste lasts a good while. Now I always have a box with me so that when I feel the anxiety kicking in I chew on one and it really helps. I totally recommend!

Delicious
These are delicious but I find that sometimes the taste goes very quickly, however, I still love these. 25 in pack for me lasted a little over a week.I have other Bach rescue stuff such as the lozenges and gel pastilles so I can't say how effective these were as they were paired with the others

No effect
This gum has zero emotional/mental/well-being effects. It's also pretty poor just being regarded as chewing-gum; it's definitely not got "long-lasting flavour" as claimed on the box; about a minute and the flavour's gone.

Gave me headaches
I began getting really bad headaches for a week. Thankfully I realised after chewing my next gum that within twenty minutes...it was the gum! No headaches since stopping. The gum is like chewing soft plastic worst chewing I have ever chewed and the headaches were awful. Would never buy again.
