Was disappointed at first as the first unit didn’t work but after discussions with tech support resolved delivering a new unit in a couple of days which worked perfectly. It’s a superb tool for its size it’s saved me hours of work today with a spade and saved me ever having to hire one again. For its small size this is a great product, easy and light to use and move around.

I bought this machine as an impulse buy as i was tired of digging my garden to try level parts out. I then started reading reviews and then i was hoping my experience wouldnt be as some negative ones id read.. should have done it the other way around, but on this occasion it certainly paid off. I had work done which left what was meant to he a turfed area, terribly bumpy and full of stones, some large which stopped the rotavator from working. This issue was rectified with ease dislodging the stone and firing it back up again. On occasion upon hitting the stones it did bounce about but thats to be expected. Over all this machine is fantastic and made light work of my 50m2 area. One negative that i can think of is the mixing bottle for 2 stroke isnt enough to fill the fuel tank, and to mix it twice would over flow the machine leaving some left in mixing bottle - no biggy really as you could just mix your own per 5 litre fuel can. And to leave on a high, i ordered it expecting it two days later at the earliest - it arrived the following day meaning i could get to work earlier. Fantastic machine!

Delivery and purchase was very easy and efficient Assembly was a little bit tricky but at the end we got it all sorted. Once assembled right it was easy to use. In the handbook it said we needed gearbox oil which in the end it turns out we didn't need as one booklet is used for more than one model. The PPE was up high standard and was a great extra bonus. Overall satisfaction 4* stars

Easy to use powerful little tool. Really pleased reading the reviews postive and negative I decided to purchase it. And glad I did. Word of warning it really does move fast so practice the throttle control. Only negative thing is the switch to switch off it does not work all the time to switch it off. So I use the choke on and off to shut it down which I think personally is better way. Overall great piece of equipment.

Where to start? Blades stop with even the smallest stone, they also bend out of shape all the time and the plastic trigger now doesn't work so the blades don't go round at all. You'd think I'd used it loads but its had about an hours work with 3 hours repair time! Do your self a favour and buy a different make this one is useless.

I bought this about three years ago and initially thought it was OK to good. However, there has been one thing after another go wrong with this and slowly but surely it has now given up the ghost. The manual is poorly written but it’s not hard to put together. I found the blades regularly became blocked and then the angled blades started to bend. Anything that is slightly compacted with it struggles. Not long after blades started to bend the throttle gave up as did the choke... the only setting was choke wide open with no ability to accelerate the speed etc. Today or tan ok for about an hour, then stopped. Refuses to start and a grinding sound now comes out of engine. I think if you’ve got a small allotment of a few square meters this would need ok. Anything larger or where you might have the odd decent sized stone... avoid this and go for something bigger and hopefully more reliable. This one is off to the tip....

Worth every penny, my only problem is the starting cord. It broke on me, however they replaced it straight away. Many Thanks. (How can I order a new petrol tank as mine is leaking) I would appreciate any help you can give, as the machine has been a God send and I would rather hang on to it. Regards Colin Rigg

Ottimo per piccoli giardini o piccoli orti, funziona bene ed è sufficientemente potente, buona profondità di scavo, è arrivato rapidamente nei tempi previsti, migliorare l'imballaggio perchè è arrivato veramente disastrato per fortuna non c'era nulla di rotto o rovinato, a mio avviso le ruote sono troppo piccole sono costretto a trascinarlo all'indietro altrimenti si blocca e si spegne, la staffa di supporto è sicuramente sotto dimensionata si piega facilmente inoltre non riesco a regolare l'altezza delle ruote sulla staffa di sostegno, magari se è possibile indicarmi una soluzione, grazie. Mi dispiace dover correggere la valutazione precedente, ho utilizzato solo 2 volte la motozappa in piccolissimi spazi e si è già rotto l'ingranaggio che fa girare le pale, il motore gira accelera ma le pale sono bloccate e non si muovono.

Bin Sprachlos; Die Gartenhacke wurde innerhalb 4 Tagen geliefert,vernünftig verpackt und bis auf die Holme vormontiert. Zubehör ist Mustergültig; Handschuhe Beinstulpen ,Gehörschutz und passendes Werkzeug,sowie ausführliche Betriebsanleitung für den Betrieb mit der Hacke. Beigefügten Messbecher befüllt,und in den Tank gekippt. Maschinchen gestartet und Gaas :-) Habe einen sehr steinigen Garten,jedoch riss die Motorhacke eine beeindruckende Schneise durch den harten Boden. Fazit; Bis auf die Lautstärke einer wildgewordenen Enduro,die durch den Acker pflügt,bin auch ich ein Fan dieses Geräts geworden. Vor allem ,da ich einen Terrassengarten mit Treppenzugang habe ,und bequem die motorhacke tragen kann. Falls jemand einen empfindlichen Nachbarn hat,sollte er auf einen 4Takt Motor investieren. Die Qualität der Hacke wird sich erweisen,bin aber guter Hoffnung,man muss bei Chinaprodukten immer mit Fertigungstolerenzen rechnen,aber auch schonend das Maschinchen einarbeiten,ist ja schließlich Fabrikneu Grüße an alle Käufer :-)
