This is my best purchase as of late. Get this one. I won't go into the gory details, but trust me when I tell you this feels nice, immediately soothes the itching and pain of constant dryness and open cuts, and keeps it from getting worse. (I've been using hormonal cream, and while that helped a lot compared to nothing, I still had this issue most of the time externally.) I could probably use just once per day but I use more often if it's within reach during a bathroom visit. It just feels so soothing. I got Unscented. There is really no discernable scent. It barely smells like something, whatever the ingredients are, but bland. I don't smell it at all unless I intentionally sniff it. Highly recommend this stuff.

An excellent lip balm / moisturizer for your lower lips. Very safe & health-promoting ingredients. Great value; organic is worth paying a bit extra for when used on intimate areas or any irritated/damaged skin/ mucous membranes! Just enough beeswax to help maintain a protective barrier (compare to using coconut or olive oil by itself), without leaving a waxy feel or buildup. Not just for menopause! Very helpful for those on hormonal birth control, hormone blockers or hormone therapy, or medicines which cause dry mucous membranes (side effect is usually listed as “dry mouth”); protection against irritation during periods, breastfeeding, peri-menopause, urinary leakage, diarrhea, or chemotherapy; for those with conditions causing tissue dryness/fragility / thin skin eg Sjogren’s & Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. (Please see a Dr for infections or other medical problems!) When first starting, it may take use several times a day for 7-10+ days before your tissue can fully heal and rejuvenate. U might only need once daily, but with my multiple problems, I use a dime- to penny-size amount right after each shower, every night, and 1-3 more times per day (I keep a jar in my bathroom and nightstand), plus often a 1/2 dose right before intimacy. (May damage latex condoms/toys). A jar still lasts months! If I forget a few times, I start to have discomfort which is immediately relieved with application. I combine with vaginal inserts: Ah! Yes VM (aloe-based) plus Femallay (plant oil-based), but many women will only need one.

It’s effective and feels so clean to use. I noticed a big improvement in irritation within 4-5 days, and it has really helped with dryness and discomfort. I also appreciate that it has no added fragrances, just a slight, natural scent from the raw ingredients. This cream is designed to support and address issues, not to be a scented product. If you’re looking for fragrance, this isn’t the purpose, but if you want real relief and care, it’s perfect! I highly recommend it for anyone needing a natural and effective solution!

I do not like anything about this product. It comes out chunky and greasy when you scoop out a little bit on your finger. It smells a little like petroleum, actually a little like motor oil. In my opinion it doesn't deserve ANY stars but they won't allow you to not give "something" so here is my one-star-review of a product I had set up in a subscription but since canceled.

This ointment is so helpful for dryness in lady bits

I have something called Lichen sclerosis in my girl parts. This product helps me immensely and I would recommend it to anyone with dry, itching, burning or tender girl areas. Good product buy it regularly.

I like the ingredients but it has a slight rancid smell. I purchased a different formula from this brand before but I didn’t use it much and when I went to use it again it was very rancid smelling so I threw it out and bought this one, same brand just different formula but it already has a slight rancid smell as soon as I opened it. That was disappointing. It has clean ingredients but without any preservatives it would go rancid quickly so I won’t get this again. I felt it was expensive as well for what it is and the size of it. Probably some coconut oil would work just as well.
