Really sharp would make good knives for cutting meat but also skinning and cutting game! Not a fan of Color blue but the knives are great deal for price. Will have to see how durable handles are that’s only question however blades are solid and sharp out package. Will they hold an edge?

This is my husbands favorite skinning knife. It is a high quality, light weight, and came very sharp. We will definitely be purchasing another one when needed especially for this price.

Purchased to harvest and process home livestock this set seems to fit the bill just about perfectly. Knives are very sharp and cut through most items (think bones not recommended) very easily. Items arrived in timely manner in very secure fish encashment for each knife and the honer. Very comfy in the hand without being to heavy or light. Great for any beginner and a great value for the price. It would have only been a better purchase if there was a bone saw for ribs. Highly recommend.

Sharp out of the box. They hold an edge ok and is perfect for the at home butcher.

It was here in 2 days! That was awesome! Well weighted, really nice grip, love the handle. It has good steel, the shape and size I was wanting. I highly recommend!

The knife is well made shape handle grip n balanced . But I found is got blunt very fast . I had to sharpen it say after Six uses.
