Easy, weekly treatment.
The media could not be loaded. As an avid Vitamin D3 taker I found this method of weekly patches to be one of the easiest way to get the vitamin inside me.Easy to peel, fabric backed patches that are appropriately 2cms squared in size.Adhered well to the skin, no peeling or irritations noticed yet.To soon to tell really if they are working as stated in the advert but by the time I have come to the end of this supply in seven months time, I should have come to a decision of whether to re- purchase or not.Price is competitive compared to other products containing Vitamin D for the same duration.Would recommend to friends and family👌

I'm a patches convert!
To be able to put a patch on instead of taking different vitamins is awesome. It took a while to find the right location on the body to put it, as I am physically active with running, workouts and found that the patch curled up and sometimes fell off if I put it on the top of arm ( on the deltoid) but if I got my partner to but it between my shoulder blades underneath my sports bra it stayed stuck on until removed. The only time I don’t use the patch is when I go for a surf. Just don't stick
I can't comment if they work as I haven't been able to actually keep one on,I've tried various places but no luck.

Can't say it did much for me
I constantly need Vit d and I'm always looking for ways to incporate it because I do somethings forget to take itBut These stickers sound great as an idea. And I would have loved the concept. But maybe the dosage isn't high enuhg for me or the don't work as well - there's really no way of knowing if anything happened.I stopped my usual Vit d dose to see if these affected me and I became sluggish, and my mood dropped so I would assume they're not as good or strong as my tablets.Maybe if you only need to supplement small doses this would be good?as far as the actual tape goes - I stuck them to the inside of my arm - where the skin is thin - I have no idea if that makes a difference or not. usually overnight so my t shirt wouldn't rub on the plaster so much. But yeah the ends often came off - no matter how much I dried the area and cleaned it .It also doesnt say what the plaster is made of - I had slight itching (I am allergic to standard plasters) but nothing major.

Very convenient way to get important supplements
What i like about this style of supplement is that it can be affixed to your skin and is a slow release and nothing else to do.It was with a mind to help a family member who often forgets to stick to a supplement routine and with these patches also having magnesium as well it really packed in the three important supplements we need. The dosages of the four elements in this patch are very similar to other tablet based supplements we are using, so it is not a lesser product in our opinion or experience as a paying customer, even though this is a review and product supplied free of charge. So this ticks all our boxes of what we are looking for in a supplement. In terms of cost and how they are used, it says to affix to a hairless patch of skin.Keep it on for at least 8 hours, but remove after 24 hours. It says it is waterproof. So far they have not caused any adverse effect from the patch or what they are made from, but as with all things stuck to skin, it does advise to remove immediately if a rash or irritation occurs. It does not state whether it has latex as part of its sticker, which we know can cause issues.Overall quite happy.

Peel off after 30 minutes!
A nice idea badly executed! The patches at first seem sticky and flexible, so you’re able to put them anywhere that’s hair free on your body.I chose my forearm, so I could keep an eye on it, in case of irritation.Despite my arm being totally dry, the patch started lifting at the edges after a mere 30 minutes and had totally dropped off after an hour.Considering it’s supposed to be water resistant and stay on for a minimum of 8 hours, I’d consider that an epic fail!No idea how much of the nutrients my body has absorbed in that short space of time, not much I’m assuming!I’ve tried various different varieties of these patches and they’re all equally useless!Total waste of money, don’t bother!Hope you found my review helpful

Great supplement
Feel so much better when using these. 1/5 for "easy to swallow" because they are patches!

Vitamin D Patches
These patches, as far as I can tell, are working just as they should. The first couple, I stuck on my shoulder, but they wouldn't stay stuck on there. Since then, I have applied them to my neck up by my ear and they are covered by my hair. The patches have not irritated my skin in any way. So, for people that find tablets hard to swallow, this is the perfect alternative.
