In My Mind I'm At the Beach 32oz Insulated Travel Mug with Lid

I think a lot of the negative reviewers of this item were expecting a little too much. This is basically an upgraded version of the plastic big-gulp cups from back in the day, and that's exactly what I was hoping for. It holds the same amount of drink as a nalgene bottle. It doesn't overly-absorb odors or taste like plastic... and I have pretty sensitive taste buds to that sort of funk. The handle is comfortable, thick, and has a nice little spot to rest my thumb. It's got a wide base, so my cat doesn't knock it over onto my keyboard whenever he jumps up onto the desk... but the trade-off is that it won't fit in a car cup holder. The lid snaps on securely, but yeah, if you tip it sideways or upside down it WILL leak. It's not super-insulated, but if you want that, I think you would get a steel insulated cup instead. This is just, frankly, a joy to carry around the house and sip on throughout the day. I love it even more than I thought I would... and just ordered another as a Christmas gift.

I love this mug, this is my 3rd one. Keeps my coffee at just the right temp!

Cup needs more insulation. It's it's fine otherwise, but the drinks don't stay cool long enough. jpilcher

I love to use whirley mugs to track my water intake each day, and this was the perfect one to add to my collection. The colors are vibrant and perfect for summer. While I love that it came with a straw, please include that info in the product description to prevent others like me from ordering an extra straw. Thanks!

Im very happy with this mug. I work outside all day and always drink 2 or 3 glasses of water as soon as i get home. Now i fill this bad boy up and can sit and cool off without a bunch of refills. Holds a lot. Love the funny slogan. Had a minor mix up with my order originally, contacted seller whom responded the next morning(quickly). They went out of their way to make it right. Great customer service and i love the mug!

For some reason I thought that if it was insulated it would not sweat on the outside. And that you could put it on a surface and not get that surface wet. But that's not the case

I finally found large insulated mugs that aren't padded with empty space. These work great for every day use and can be dropped without cracking (so far). I used them every day for water.
