No heel, not a bit of arch support...no good slippers.
Giving it two stars because it is light weight...else I don't like it. Would have returned it but I needed something and didn't have time to go without any slippers.The picture seems to show that there is some heel or a bit of arch support...there is none of either. It is as flat as a $1.99 beach slippers from walmart.
