DON’T BUY/ DOESN’T Work/ Can’t trust/Lost my equipment because of this faulty device
Bought it for my Europe trip. Conversion didn’t work. Ended up burning my US device because of high voltage. Voltage measurement device confirmed this device conversion doesn’t work. My prime return window closed last week. Sucks that I am stuck with a nonworking working device and loss of my other device. Do NOT buy! Can’t trust

Worked well as an adapter... Not as a voltage converter
My hairdryer hummed loudly when plugged in. I tried both convertor and adaptor settings. Neither were the correct voltage, which should have been 110/120.*Update, the company was very responsive and provided me with a refund even though I was beyond the return date.

Do not buy the Voltage Step Down Converter
This product was listed as an international voltage step down converter. It is not. In fact, it only works as an adaptor. I plugged my personal fan into this "voltage converter" my first night in Italy and my fan burned out in less than 2 minutes from the 230 volts in Italy. I had to go 2.5 weeks in Europe without my fan.Upon my return to the US, I find out the 30-day return window closed while on my trip. This is extremely disappointing. I am also disappointed that I cannot return it. Adaptors cost around $10. This "international converter" was over $30. I do not write many negative reviews, as Amazon's return policy is usually excellent. But buyer-beware of this product.

Buzzes with use…sometimes
I have used this as a converter for two trips. Last year to Greece, no problems. This year in Italy, it started buzzing as it charged my devices and then stopped charging. The next day it charged, but still buzzed so I quit using it. I need to know if this is an issue that replacing the fuse will fix or if I should trash it. I am back in the states, so won’t be able to test until my next trip. I can’t find the original box or any contact information for the company.
