The Seal Dampeater 2x500g Car Dehumidifying Bag is a robust moisture absorber made from high-quality silica, designed to last 3-4 years. It regenerates easily at temperatures between 100-120°C, ensuring it remains effective without the sogginess associated with clay alternatives. Ideal for maintaining a dry environment in vehicles and other damp areas.

Works well!
This winter, my car windows started collecting condensation INSIDE. Every morning, I'd have to waste time wiping my windshield down. I've owned my car for 6 years an never had this issue before. Even coating the inside of my car windows with anti-fog products proved to be useless. Thankfully, I found this product and it works really well at keeping the interior of my car dry overnight. I've been using both pouches for over a month and I haven't needed to charge them yet.

Awesome absorbers!
They work perfectly! I use it for my windshield because my defogger doesn’t work. With the help of a certain sponge I also bought on Amazon I only wipe the windshield once and it doesn’t fog up anymore.

Works a treat in the cars
We had a problem: one garage, two cars. That means that in the winter, one is left outside and moisture condenses on the windscreen. That can be wiped off, but when it is cold it freezes over and the windscreen is opaque until the heater gets going. However, the heater only really gets going when the engine is warm and you are on the move.I tried anti-mist solutions such as Mer and RainX but they didn't even stop the condensation. Then I saw these. I stick one in each car under the windscreen. They are excellent! So far this winter we have had no problems. Also, you can regenerate them my heating at just over 100C, eg, slow cook setting in the oven or short bursts of 1 minute in the microwave. The seller recommends hanging them on a radiator. I am drying mine out for the first time now, and the amount of moisture coming out is amazing. The 500g bags weighed 600g when I started. The gel is sealed inside a bag and that is enclosed in a sturdy black Velcro-sealable netting pouch with a hanging loop. I guess they could be used anywhere damp is a problem, assuming they are not exposed to too much fresh air. There is an indicator in one pouch which I have not found useful. It is supposed to show how damp the area is, but I haven't seen it change colour at all.All-in-all this is a 5* product at a bargain price.

Excellent!!
My estate car is old and the seals aren't great anymore. I also work outdoors in all weather. This means my car suffers from condensation more or less on a daily basis, ranging from light misting up, to dripping down the glass. So, figured I would give these a try. The condensation was pretty bad. I put one on the dash and one on the boot cover. I looked 2 hours later and all the tops of the glass had cleared to halfway down. I looked again the following morning and the glass had totally cleared, and has stayed that way for a couple of days now.Love this product!!

Works Great!!
It came on time and is a significant improvement. The only thing I might do differently next time is buy the 1Kg size. Every once and a while there can be a little (I mean little) condensation on the front windscreen. That is probably my fault as I had no idea what size to buy. I have a Peugeot 206 so big might have been better. The ones I have still work a treat and am really happy how dry they do work.

Inner windscreen damp
I thought that these would do the trick on my new car which seems prone to this problem in certain conditions. But unfortunately they are not very affective. Perhaps I have missed something, but I have followed the instruction. I have found a more effective product which does mean wiping with a kitchen cloth far quicker than the heater blower.

Good Idea
Our car suffers greatly with steamy windows on a winter morning so thought we'd give these a try, and we have not been disappointed. They work really well, but you do have to remember to dry them out once they get over damp, a couple of hours hanging over a radiator (when it's on of course) and they're ready to use again.
