I mix in this with water or gingerale and it seems to reduce feeling unwell. Vitamin content is GREAT for that extra needed boost when you are feeling groggy. Be aware it is not suitable for children or pregnant women. Taste is nice and not medicine like or chalky, mixes well with liquids and isn’t clumpy.
