These apple slices are really great! They are bigger pieces than some freeze dried fruits, and are just excellent tasting! I like to keep some on hand all the time.They taste yummy and take less effort to eat than fresh. They are so crispy-crunchy.

The apples tasted authentic. The batch was not too mushy. I don’t want to use fresh because I was not there but the apples taste like apples.
