These taste AMAZING! first night I took one and was out like a light. Second time I tried recommended dose and I over slept. I find that taking 5mg for me is enough. One gummy has 8mg 2 is the recommended so I didn't feel great the next morning I felt super spacey and groggy. I do know I had some weird dreams tho and I really wish I could remember them! Product takes awesome and works! Highly recommend!

I've only been taking 1 gummy at night and have been sleeping well (recommended is 2). I usually don't feel rested even with 7-8 hours of sleep, but I feel rested with these. They taste great and were not melted when they arrived. Minus 1 star because they are supposed to help with dreaming and can't say I've noticed a difference. Will continue just for rest!

I'll be honest here, these didn't vibe well with me. I will say they definitely made me sleepy, but I only slept really hard for a couple hours before starting to wake up multiple times through the night. I could argue that they did make my dreams a bit more vivid, but the pay-off wasn't worth it. I get a little more mentally unstable with lack of sleep, and I felt like this really did the opposite of helping with that.They did taste pretty good, and maybe under different circumstances, they would be a great lucid dreaming enhancement. It's just not for me. 3/5 stars because it wasn't the worse.

My main concern with purchasing gummies online is that they often arrive melted, these arrived perfect so these were already off to a good start. I don't tend to take anything for sleep so this is the first. I purchased this mainly to help me go to sleep and stay asleep which they do help with. I wasn't very hopeful about the Lucid Dream part, I didn't notice a difference there. Overall I like them though, they taste good and help me sleep.

I ordered this previously and it did not contain gelatin but I reordered recently and now it does. Both containers were labeled 'plant based'.

For optimal sleep, consider using these products. After consuming one gummy, I slept soundly through my alarm. While I don't recall dreaming, I awoke feeling well-rested.
