Ultracamp Zircon Swinging Hammock Bed| Lounger

Bought this as a present from children for husband. Arrived in good time however when we opened the box two of the metal struts were without the metal push buttons that locks the tube frame together. Checked box but they are not in there and frame twists if not locked. The other buttons were also too shallow to lock the frame. When we opened the hammock itself it has a stain over half the length which is obvious and darker that the rest of the material. Disappointed we put it back in the box and Dad went with out his surprise and two children were upset. I have now e mailed Squarekipper on 4 occasions but just get an automatic message saying they are only open 9 to 5 Mon to Fri which is when I am e mailing them? I have rung the number on the invoice numerous times and it just rings out - not even an answer machine. now getting really annoyed. £70 and nothing to show for it. All I want is a hammock and frame that works - either replacement parts or an exchange. Not getting anywhere and no confidence this is a reputable company.

Very easy to erect, took five minutes. A colourful and fun addition to the garden, the kids love it. But I can't use it as I am a very tall, very heavy man and it feels a bit precarious when I am on it, even though my bum is only an inch from the ground (according to my chortling offspring). Bah!I would definitely recommend it, but not for the overweight.

This hammock was off to a great start by arriving one day ahead of it's ETA and by having also been very well wrapped and packed.So simple is this hammock to put together that it was up and had my backside swinging in it with in 15 minutes so thank you to the very nice people at "Square Kipper Ltd" for a really great service and an equally great product, it really is my best ever purchase and i cant praise it enough nor can i implore enough upon you to purchase one of these hammocks and get your own backside swinging in it, you won't regret it. I think somehow the frame had been damaged in transit as the hole didn't fit the frame. However, my husband being a DIY enthusiast managed to make it fit. It's very comfy - once you get in it and almost large enough for two people. Very good value for money overall - lets hope we can make the most of it during the summer months!!!

Really easy to setup - took me 5 minutes! Very stable frame and comfortable hammock. It normally takes me only 10 minutes to fall asleep every time I get into it! Great!

This hammock is easy to erect, comprising of just a few bars to slot together. It's sturdy but still lightweight enough to drag around if you need to chase the sun across the garden over the course of a day.It's easy to get in to and out of, without fear of falling and it's very comfortable once you're in. I'd highly recommend it as it's fantastic value for money.

Bought this to replace an old hammock. It is a good price and is sturdy, easy to put together and you can move without it falling apart! Perfect
