Initially for my gastric issues but now we all take it
I was initially taking it for my gastric issues but now I'm also giving some to people in my family. We take two capsules a day, they are very easy to swallow. I have zero inflammation these days. The liposomal form is known to improve bioavailability. Also it is curcumin and not turmeric, therefore the active form. Just happy with it.
