Nice tool
The sander looks to be well made and comes in a beautiful package with several sets of heads and bunch of sanding abrasives. I does a nice job of sanding and this might be me and learning to use the tool but a couple of times the sanding attachment popped off during sanding. The reason for the 3 stars is the tool does not hold a charge over1 day in my case, when I received it, it had no charge, so I plugged it in, and it received a full charge the next day when I went to use it there was no battery left and it was never used. I charged it up and it worked for all the sanding I need it for but the next day it was dead again. I probably should have returned it, but I have been using it.Update: after some thought I returned the sander and it was replaced immediately. The new sander came fully charged and has held the charge overnight. I do like the sander, makes getting into tight places easy. Will make building resin printed kits easier to prep.

Less suitable for fine woodworking
This is a fine product for small projects like model airplane-size work. The heads are fingernail size, so keep in mind on your project. Sanding is not strong, but I did find it useful to eliminate some pencil lines close to edges. I don’t see the purpose of having programmable colored lights on the handle. Maybe because sanding it’s drudgery. I was working with walnut hardwood. More suited to balsa. Well built, excellent case, good selection of tiny precuts with sticky back.

It's perfect for model making
It will work wonders on plastic models. Obviously, it won't work on harder stuff like stone or glass. It is not that strong or solidly built for those materials, but for plastic modelling or resin printed miniatures, which is what I wanted it for, it's perfect.

You get what you pay for
I just opened this and tried it out today. This is essentially a very cheap electric toothbrush with sanding attachments. Unfortunately, the motor is too slow to do a good job sanding and there is nothing to keep the sanding attachment connected to the unit so as soon as you turn the motor on the attachment starts sliding off.

I want to love it but...
Delivered today and after about the 5th use (none longer than about 1 minute, the button got stuck and now doesn't want to shut off. I have to play with it. That being said it works amazing on plastic models. Fix the button and I'd give it 6 stars.

Handy for tight spaces
I've been having trouble sanding my 3D prints as well as normal plastic models while getting into tight areas. This has been very helpful for that Not an industrial sander by any stretch, but quite usable for very small hobby work.

Love dspiae…just not this
I’m a big fan of dspiaes product line but this things a piece of junk vary low on power…. Battery doesn’t last and the overall build Quality is not on par with most dspiae products. I did give it to starts because it can be used to get in some hard to reach spots

Great little hobby sander
I bought this along with an extra set of sandpaper and I like it a lot. I haven't used it a lot but so far it exceeds my expectations. I haven't found it to lack power at all. If you do like you're supposed to and let the sander do the work instead of bearing down on it, it works just fine.

Works great!
I was a bit skeptical at first, but this has turned out to be an invaluable tool for me. I am sure model builders or anyone whose hobby involves miniatures would find it useful (I purchased three, one for myself and the other two went to friends - we all love it). It charges quickly and holds that charge for a long time. It comes with a wide selection of interchangeable tips to accommodate a generous supply of custom cut sanding pads in various grits. A real time saver. I recommend it highly.

Very low powered.
I bought this to smooth 3d printed parts and balsa parts. Absolutely useless for this, as it has no power. Apply any pressure and it stops sanding. It would be suitable for very soft substances. The bits are very small so can get into narrow spaces.
