THE BED NICE QUALITY,QUIET AND CONFORTIBLE

Hospital bed is as expected. Arrived box was damaged and missing 2 legs' plastic covers.

This bed obviously was not inspected before it was shipped!!! The front left bed rail was damaged (bent) so badly that the headboard will not fit. The bed is too heavy for us (in our 70's) to repackage let alone lift it to ship it back. Return shipping is not free and we don't have the funds to spend on shipping it back nor should we have to. Very disappointed!!!

We got this bed for my elderly cousin. This makes it easier for her to get in & out of bed, and the side rails prevent her from falling out of bed. This bed doesn't go as low as some hospital beds. Also, the frame is a little too low to put a Hoyer lift under it. We solved this problem by putting some 2x6 boards under the feet.

Motors stopped working in less than one week of use. My mother was released from the hospital on Wednesday last week and by Monday the motors were going out. Now one week later it will barely lift her head up. She's a stroke victim and is now in a crappy bed that won't adjust like it should
