Honey's Natural Feeding Handbook for Dogs

WOW this book is amazing.I can honestly say i read every word (more than once probably)So informative. I think every dog owner should be given this when they get their new pet personally.For me and my dog (Boris) this was everything we were looking for. Boris had very bad skin (producing alot of yeast) and the vets had me using a shampoo for 2 years which did help (a little )but not solve the problem. This was making me annoyed "surely there must be something to get rid of a little skin condition"???Yep there sure is, it did not take me long to read all sorts about veterinarians been paid by food companies and medicine companies. This is why they never tell people (most dont anyway) to try a raw diet.I do understand that its not ideal for everyone but wow the difference was amazing.After literally ONE week his skin was like new. After TWO years of shampoo (which was not cheap in the slightest) recommended by my vet. And now it was better! I give him offal, lean meat, fish, brown rice, vegetable, cod liver oil, eggs, raw bones etc.. he looks and acts sooooo great now the change is miraculous.I cant recommend this book enough.Thank YouThank YouThank You:)Carl

This books tells you everything you need to know to get started feeding RAW without drowning you in information that isn't necessary.It's more a booklet than a book but I thoroughly enjoyed reading it and I got much more from this book than I did from the other well known Raw feeding books.I definitely recommend this book.

I bought this book when I started to consider changing my Chow Chows onto raw/barf feeding. I must say after reading and understanding the principles I did change them both over to raw Luna was 1yr, Precious was 3 months old. I found it easier for me to buy the raw already made from a supplier (Honey's NF) deliveries are frozen, fresh and yummy my dogs love it.

This book is worth every penny as it has so much info on health, nutrition, organ issue and general health issues plus much more...

A very useful sensible guide to raw feeding for dogs - very informative on the history of how dog food came about and the sadly lacking review of the law (Health and Hygiene) in what is acceptable to feed dogs in the current processed food.

This book is a must for anybody who is contemplating a raw diet for their dog. It's easy to read and has all the facts about the benefits of a raw diet plus the science behind it. If you're in any doubt as to the best diet for your dog then read this book!
