Q: what is the use by date on the cans?

Use by date was just two months after delivery date. Not good.

Q: Are these chiles seeded?

There may have been a few seeds, but you would be hard put to find them. The chiles are chopped up.

Q: Are these organic or non-GMO?

There is nothing on the can that says either organic or non-gmo. However, when I want really good green chilis, I always get Hatch. They come from Hatch, N.M. They're the best.
