I was more than happy with my purchase having been a bit skeptical when ordering. The blocks are perfect for calf and knee stretches and I will be incorporating them with a knees over toes guy plan for maximum mobility. I have seen vast improvements in ankle mobility, and reduced knee pain already. I have had my gait analyzed and the performance improvements are staggering just through ankle mobility alone. The blocks are lightweight but sturdy and the multiple angles allow for progression through the stretches.

I had knee replacement surgery 4 months ago and had completed physical therapy. I got these to replicate what I had been using in therapy and am pleased with them.

These wedges are great for the price. They are quite stable but do tend to slip if on a hard floor. They are fairly comfortable and have adjustable sizes for different angles.

Lightweight and pretty slip-resistant. I got these to stretch my calf and achilles as I was getting bad plantar pain from cycling, and unassisted stretches just weren’t cutting it.These are comfy to use, and good design (easy to pack away). I haven’t had issues with slippage on hardwood floors, though I only use them to stretch.This goes in the “daily use” pile along with a foam roller.

Build quality and stability very well done, ease of use and size is very easy to use to differentiate the size of all three to adjust height. Price exceptional and bonus chart for work out options.

I bought this for $13. Quality seems more like a $10 product. It's very lightweight and tends to slip, even on rubber surfaces. I would suggest you place weight behind the edges while doing leg workouts with it to prevent slippage. Or lay it against a wall. But I DO like the wavy part of the wedge :) my feet feel stable on it. I would not buy it for $17 though which is the price it currently runs for 😵

Product is exactly as advertised light weight but sturdy. I would recommend .
