The sofa packaging dimensions are 166cm x 95cm x 98cm (Width, Depth, Height) and should fit through any standard door frame. We offer a free nationwide two-man white glove delivery service on all our sofas. We will send you a text message the day before your chosen delivery date with a 2 hour time frame in which your sofa will be delivered. The delivery is GPS tracked and you will be able to see exactly how close the delivery team is to your home. The delivery team will carry the sofa up to the 3rd floor of your building, into a room of your choice. Upon your request the delivery team will remove and dispose of all the packaging. Returns We are confident that our sofas are of the very highest standards. That is why we offer you a 30-day, no questions asked, return policy. If you are unhappy with your sofa, we will come pick it up for free on a date of your choice.
