Good value
You can spend more or you can spend less, but these tents suit our needs just fine. We use them exclusively at our Farmers’ Market for our vendors. Sturdy, not too heavy, and quick to set up and take down. Don’t forget to purchase weights, 25 lbs per leg.

Heavy Duty Construction and Design
This is a very sturdy product, cleverly designed to allow for compact storage, yet offering a substantial frame and full-size canopy enclosure when expanded. It was relatively easy to assemble by two people, but is still necessarily cumbersome given the overall size. The product was packaged very well and arrived undamaged. The canopy material appears to be tough and is water-resistant, making this more versatile than just a sunshade. The only negative feature I noticed was that the release buttons for adjusting the height of the frame pop out slightly when disengaged, exposing the inner springs. The buttons pushed back in easily, but they should probably be re-designed to capture the buttons within the adjustment housing. It is difficult to re-fold the canopy after disassembly and it does not readily fit inside the carrying case with the frame. The overall product is pretty heavy for use at the beach, etc., but if you want a commercial-grade design, this should satisfy your needs. I was surprised that it was as well-made considering the price. Overall a good value..

The sturdiest pop-up I've owned in 30 years
I originally bought 1 to provide extra shade near the area I repair golf carts next to my driveway. I've owned 9 other instant shade tents over the years as a sports car racer, taking them to various racetracks around the country. The first thing you notice about this one is that it is quite tall and the box it comes in is very long. And it's quite a bit heavier. These are not criticisms, as for me, they are positives. Out of the box it's obvious these are NOT flimsy aluminum frame members, but powder coated steel. Plus, all the connecting joints are fastened with bolts and are replaceable.Being a true heavy-duty commercial tent, until you get the feel for how to "walk it open" (I anchor one corner into the grass so I can work a little at a time...) it becomes easier to set up. Once the frame is 3/4 opened, that's the best time to spread the top onto the frame. Then you can pull the frame into the "full open" position and push the top of one leg up into the lock position - the hardest part if you're doing it alone. These tents have super-sturdy velcro straps to tie the top to the frame for extra strength.I was so impressed with the solidness and strength of construction I bought a second one and now use them both together to provide shade on my driveway after hurricane Ian destroyed my entire carport. We get rain and wind here in FL and when that kind of weather is predicted, I remove the tops from the frames and put them away. I have the frames lag-bolted to my concrete driveway so they don't move if it gets breezy.Bottom line, if you want a really solid pop-up canopy, this is the one to buy. It is heavy. It is a little more difficult to put up than the bargain basement canopies that will buckle and break in the slightest wind. But if you want solid, this is it.

Great canopy, impossible to contact manufacturer
The canopy looks very nice, the poles are mostly black with some gray specks in them from the metal. I use this canopy as a vendor at a farmers market and it has a place to hang a custom sign, its perfect! The only issue is that I had my canopy weighed down with 45lbs-50lbs of weight per leg and a gust of wind still flipped my canopy in 17mph winds and broke one side of the canopy! 3 legs were lifted into the air and one leg was weighted and staked, which is the one that didn't fly away so all the weight of the wind was crushing one side of the canopy. While this isn't the manufacturers fault I emailed them multiple times asking about a warranty and an insurance claim as it was properly weighted but still broke and they never got back to me..Besides that, the canopy is really beautiful and for the most part sturdy. The sandbags it comes with hold about 20-25lbs of sand each just an FYI. I couldn't find anything about the sandbags themselves so I thought I could share them here!

Easy to assemble, sturdy
Used it a couple of times and is easy to assemble and fold back into the package. Did not rain anytime I used it so not sure if it will hold rain but otherwise high enough to hand items in the front and back and perfect size for a popup tent to sell stuff.

Zero customer response
We are mobile DJs and this tent (commercial grade) was purchased as a backup for us to protect our equipment in case there was inclement weather and we were not provided a tent by our customer (which, although we require, sometimes isn't supplied). We did a charity event and used the tent to cover our equipment from heat - because the event went later into the evening on a summer night, the tent was wet with dew, so we put it up to let it dry. An unexpected rain came the next day, and although the rain was not abnormally heavy nor long, the tent literally collapsed. We have had this tent since March and have only set it up maybe 4 or 5 times - it was basically brand new. Fortunately, we didn't have $10k worth of equipment under it to be destroyed, but the tent is now worthless. I reached out to the company first hoping for some sort of resolution and allowed the 48 hours Amazon suggested, but the company has not responded at all - not even to say they weren't interested in helping us out. I have bought lots of products in my years, from cheap to expensive - and sometimes products fail - I can live with that. But when they do, a company needs to respond and make it right - I can't live with a company that won't do that. So, here is your fair warning - maybe this will work great for you, but if it doesn't, don't expect the seller to do anything about it.

Great looking tent but very heavy
I ordered this as a replacement for a canopy tent that broke. In the advertisement, the canopy looked nice and sturdy and the description showed an easy set up. It also has a place to hang a banner on the outside which was a good feature. HOWEVER, the product weighs a little over 51 pounds. This was not evident in the description. I'm returning it because I cannot lift it or carry it from my car to some of the spaces where I have to set up for craft fairs. My previous tent was about 30 pounds. So beware - check weights if you are ordering this type of product.

The rain puddles broke the tent
So it’s been 4 days we have been using the tent at a festival. You can see in the picture, there are puddles on the tent after a night rain. I really thought I did not set it up correctly. I tried to retied everything up tighter and pulled the tent top more downward. But still the second rain night resulted in the same. There is no helpful instructions there regarding this. And pretty vague overall to be honest. And because of the weight of the puddles, you can see the corner of it is breaking apart. I asked for help from some experienced people too, they could not fix it either. So what’s up with this? And just so you know, because of the weight of the puddles and the tent breaking, it’s been leaking rain all night long, to our stuff below, which is really frustrating.

Garbage
One of the locking clips for the post legs broke on the very first try(there were 4 people erecting the canopy). The stitching came apart in 2 spots and wouldn't allow the canopy to be set up without having a seamstress repairing the issues. Finally on my 2nd attempt to open the canopy the frame shifted. Now I need to buy another canopy because this one cannot be trusted safety wise. The only way to fix the issue is to get a refund. A new tent would likely be the same lack of quality.
