The straps aren't the best or at least are not the kind of straps I tought however it does the job good but remember there's nothing comfortable about a weight lifting belt it you're going to wear it properly.

First I must say that the quality of these belts is excellent. Secondly, the customer service provided by GYM Maniac is the best, they not only answered all my questions, they also solved my problem with belt sizes and recommended which belt I should use.

I bought this belt in order to increase my bench weight...It helped so much! I reached my goal all thanks to some support in my lower back from this amazing/safe belt. I highly recommend this belt to anyone who wants to increase their numbers or just to be on the safe side when working out. Only bad part is I can't give more than 5 stars :( wish I could give it 10 stars!!! Buy it! Won't be sorry! :)

Sorry my prior post was for another product.These weightlifting gym belt set are awesome, especially for the price. The size is tricky. I would suggest getting 1 size above your measurement.

this belt is soft yet firm and provide the necessary support. I recommend this for anyone looking for a proper powerlifting belt.great bonus is the wrist straps.
