I ordered this bundle for my sons Xmas, not only does it look amazing when set up, it works perfect 😁 quick and safe delivery and packaged really well so no issues with products. easy to set up and connect to WiFi in seconds. We also recieved a free upgrade which was totally unexpected but really grateful for so thank you so much x

Bought for a Christmas present. Worked fine to start until updates needed to be installed. Once updates had downloaded and installed PC required restart. PC turned off and then would not load back up again. Tried to contact company and it took over 25 days for repair to be organised with the cost for collection not being covered by the seller. Have spent more trying to get it fixed than the machine cost. Not worth buying.

I bought this computer for my sons birthday, it is his first gaming computer and he really deserved a treat. When delivered ot had everything it said it came with and looked nice. Unfortunately the tower didn't work BUT the VenoScorp customer service is absolutely top notch and wasted no time in rectifying the problem for me. They sent out another one and my boy has been totally in love since! Things can happen in transit or sometimes things are not meant to be. VenoScorp is a brilliant company, good value for money, good speed and good gaming capacity! I couldn't of asked for a better first computer for my son. Thank you VenoScorp😁

I bought this as a secondary, for a Linux set up. Just plug in and go, beautiful mood lighting design, friendly instructions kept to a minimum. Large monitor supplied which was a lovely surprise. Has enough ram for video editing on Windows. Highly recommended

Very poor support as it was a birthday gift I paid a local guy £30 to look at it .Turned out to be a poorly fitted graphics card took 7 days for support to contact in person constantly moving goal posts for response timesWould not recommend a purchase from this seller

Works on old games (very old). New to pc and gaming so I thought I’d give it a go. After research knowing I can try to upgrade, I contacted the seller to ask advice on upgrades! The response was rude rather than helpful, more of “it’s a budget!” No help. The thing is I was offering to buy from the seller, I was willing to upgrade all, motherboard, graphics card, ram, cpu, the lot as project building! No response to can I upgrade! Rude and ignorant seller. Your loss is someone else’s gain, now I’ve spent a fortune on my own custom build and it ain’t in your pocket. Ancient components. Really?
