It took three wrenches and a vice grip to get the strap through the clasp but eventually got it. The end of the strap was pretty dinged up from all that but I’ll be keeping it.Overall, it seems like a well-constructed bag. It not very comfortable, but I figure it will wear in nicely over time. Hopefully the clasp issue was just a fluke.

I added another buckle hole to shorten the strap (I’m not so into crossbody purses) so this will be perfect for me now, I hope. Love the look & feel of the leather & think it may be the perfect size.

I get compliments on this bag all the time. Very high quality bag. Tablet fits well. Only negative I would say is that when my tablet is in the bag, not much else fits, but I don't carry much, so it's great!

The leather strap frays easily. The pouch area is minimal. It'll hold a table and pens but not a chunky wallet.

I bought this for a birthday present for my daughter. She loves it! My other 2 daughters want one. I wouldn't mind having one myself! Very soft and roomy!
