Pot does not slide out from front (as shown in video)
MISLEADING VIDEOpot does NOT slide out from the front which makes it NOT POSSIBLE to remove the pot with the paralysed patient STILL SITTING on it. This makes it very inconvenient to wash afterwards. Please do not buy if you want the person to be able to go to bathroom, remove the pot then wash while still sitting on the chair.

Easy to use, sturdy, and attractive appearance
I bought this for a family member. The seat was very simple to assemble, serves the dual purpose of a higher commode for my family member and for bathing. The blue colour is pleasing. The use of non-corrosive stainless steel is excellent. We are very happy with this chair.

Nice and comfortable
The media could not be loaded. Good quality. Nice and strong steel. I think it can easily beat weight upto 75kgs. Comfort is good. Materials are good quality. It's value for money. Height adjustment is little tuf. Still manageble. But the product I got is broken so returning and getting replaced

No return policy
I got a bent leg chair which I can not use, after several request the product neither replaced of refunded.
