I really appreciate that this product is in pill form! In the past I’ve taken a powder form at 140 some calories per serving, with 3 servings a day - a little bit high for someone counting calories! After my first month on these capsules, my hair is feeling stronger and my fingernails are growing faster, so I know my hair is too! I strongly recommend this product if you too are wanting stronger hair and nails without a bunch of calories!
