Average.... i am using it but.... bottom is avg plastic... one container with lid is leak proof.. but other containers its not leak proof... the side clips are not very strong and so 2 extra clips given... suggestion.... make wider clips... reduce bottom space ... for 2 spoons so much space not reqd... else increase bottom a bit more and make it enough to store breakfast also... all containers can be made leakproof... such are available in amazon itself ... price 300 more... i found later after purchasing this..
