This is amazing value for the money.It's ideal for my purposes which is to provide shade along one wall of our garden..I was able to secure the vertical poles to a trelis that is secured to the wall.It was easy to adjust to the needed dimensions although I don't think it would be easy to change the width.But I'm very happy with the first one - which is why I bought a second!

This awning is wonderful!! We have it on our back slider. Our house sits up high and it can get pretty windy. This thing holds up to huge wind gusts. The bars have slack so the awning just blows up, but the tension bars hold it in place and don’t budge.

Took a little over an hour for assembly for me. Needed an extra pair of hands for the last couple of steps. Looks awesome when finished. Lots of adjustments you can make to fit to your needs. All the parts were packaged carefully and seemed to be of good quality. Will see how it stands to the rest of time. Will come back to update my review after the winter/rain season.

you can choose which side has the crank by simply flipping the entire awning 180 degrees horizontally quite lkke you do editing a pic.see pic

Very happy with this product needed shade for the dogs since I took a tree down well made and would recommend this cranks out and in easily

This is the second one we bought, in a different size. Not very good instructions but since we already built one before, it went together easily and all the pieces were there. They have held up through wind and rain but it will be rolled up and taken down when it snows. Good price, good size.

This is the stupidest thing I've ever bought. It only retract s 4 foot, but has 8 foot of awning? If you retract it to the full length it is too low to sit under. Very bad design, will be sending it back after the nightmare of setting it up.

It very much reduced the temperature of my room. Keeping the heat off the outside wall of my room is so helpful
