Really good! Has NO flavor and desolve quickly in liquids. (I usually will use a glass of water)

We have different opinions on "dissolves easy"
First, 16g is two scoops so deceiving there. 2nd, it does not dissolve well at all. Cold drinks, never gonna happen and hot drinks is a hot minute before it's dissolved. I'm sure it works great in a blender but blenders crush ice so, trying a different fiber product that doesn't lie to me

honestly, I want to gatekeep this. It’s hard to find a fiber supplement with this much dietary fiber per serving, but this one works. It tastes awful, but it does do its job.
