Great for plantar pain
Bought 2 different ones and keep this one since it has been great for my arch. I put it inside the sock and I have relief immediately. Sometimes I wake up with pain in my feet and I put these right away. The bad thing is that my daughter already lost one side so I only have one left :P But I will be planning to buy another one. Honestly the price is great compared to other items and works better.

helpful, just make sure you wear them both
Having major pain in my right heel, so I figured I would give these a shot. They help a bit, but let me warn you. If you are having only one foot hurting, you should still wear the other one on your other foot if you are highly sensitive like me. I had taken the one off of the non-hurt foot because it was uncomfortable. I won't do that again. If I am wearing one, I am wearing both. I noticed when wearing on only the hurt foot and not on the other that I was having more lower back pain and all new pain in the front of my pelvis/hip area. It alleviated after I took it off. I would say these are good value, helpful to have around. They seem durable, easy to wear, fit well and help with the pain. Just make sure to wear them both :)

Immediate Pain Relief
Immediate pain relief after I put them on. I can finally walk around the house without limping. Fits well, seems good quality, lightweight. Grips the floor well when wearing them without shoes on. Great value! All other options were going to be way too expensive.

Absolute life saver!
I’m a 30 year old fairly tall and large framed man with size 13 feet. I recently developed very bad planters fasciitis in my left foot after staring a new fitness routine. I get very bad pain in my heel in the mornings or after sitting for long periods of time. I’ve been doing some at home therapy to address the underlying issue, but I needed something to help alleviate the pain right away so that I could get on with my life. I have a couple shoe inserts that help a bit, but I can’t wear those shoes 100% of the time. Then I found these little guys on Amazon. I was kinda skeptical at first and saw some mixed reviews, but for 11 bucks I thought they were worth the shot. And boy was I right! They fit perfectly into the arch of my foot. They are a snug fit but not too tight as to cause any discomfort. I can wear them bare foot, over socks, or even in my slippers or loose fitting sneakers. They essentially fill the arch gap, stretch the planters fascia muscle along the bottom of the foot, and take the direct pressure off my heal for making hard contact with the ground. I felt INSTANT relief when I put these on! I’ve been wearing them a majority of the time for the last week, and my underlying planters fasciitis issue is improving greatly. While these themselves are not a long term solution, they give me the freedom to walk and go about my life with significantly less pain while I perform at home therapy in the mornings and evenings to help heal the underlying issue. Very glad I made this purchase! They may not work perfectly for everyone just depending on your foot size and where your pain points are, but for me as a larger man with pain in the heel, these things were magic!!!

First it worked...
...Then, it just eased the pain a little.Fit and construction are excellent, however these arch supports only provided minimal relief in my case. Stretching my calves had a much better effect, I will keep these though for when the pain isn't as bad and I just need a little more comfort afterwork.

It worked for me!!!!!!
I am a big guy. I recently changed my work routine to lose weight, I am getting on in age and I wear minimalist shoes and I got Plantar Fasciitis. The big problem with treating Plantar Fasciitis is that you cannot do the thing that is most required for healing which is rest. We have to walk on our feet!!! These inserts allowed me to get things done and I suspect the support sleeves take the weight of the arch of you feet so that the plantar facia stays in position so that it can heal.... better yet the arch supports greatly reduced heal pain. These DO NOT treat the underlying problem but for me they are a key part of the physical therapy routine that is healing my plantar fasciitis. The best part about these inserts is that they allowed my toes to splay because I wear wide-toed, minimalist shoes. Once you go minimalist it's hard to go back.

A Step in the Right Direction
Once you are able to figure out the right positioning these really work well at correcting your feet, stride and posture. While they may not be comfortable at first, stick with it. After two weeks my steps are far more straight and my lower back feels great. Only taking a star off as the instructions could be clearer as well as not noting the original discomfort experienced in the description.
