Geek ChefEspresso Machine, 20 Bar Coffee Machine, Fast Heating Automatic, Latte & Cappuccino Maker

I have used this machine for a month and have had nothing but success with the espresso maker, both for single and double shots. I haven't used the steamer, yet, but I've turned it on and it seems like it will be excellent once I have someone who wants a latte or cappuccino. Easy to get started, easy to use.

Love the minimalist look and functionality! Wish it was taller so I could fit a mug under.

This machine makes a beautiful espresso shot with Crema. It is easy to use and can handle both a double or single shot. The only concern is the coffee ground receptacle is very wet and drips when you take it out of the machine to dump the grinds. I find it messy to make multiple espresso shots back to back.

This machine was a great purchase. Quick setup and makes a nice crema on each cup. Great price.

Start leaking and then stop working, maybe electrical issue

I'm using this Espresso machine since last 2 months twice everyday and couldn't have asked for anything better for the price I paid. Both coffee and latte are done so nicely, exactly like any big brand in market. I'm just thinking how much money I wasted over the years to get the same taste. Best part is cleaning. It is so easy and fast to clean after every coffee preparation. I will highly recommend it.

This is a lovely machine, and I'm sure that it works for people who set their expectations accordingly.Pro: Comes with ESE pod compatible filterCon: The coffee made with the ESE pod was watery and significantly less than what a proper single shot espresso size should be. Additionally, the filter got stuck in the portafilter and was impossible to get out. So, you're stuck using only ESE pods and not ground coffee because the filters are nearly impossible to swap out.Pro: The portafilter has a nice weight to it and feels very sturdyCon: Attaching the portafilter to the machine was incredibly difficult, and the ESE pods kept getting stuck.Pro: Very pretty Digital displayCon: The touch screen made it hard for me to get enough leverage to remove the portafilter. My hand would accidentally touch one of the buttons while I was holding the machine, and next thing you know it's trying to brew a cup of coffee while I was struggling to remove the portafilter.Pro: Automatic espresso makerCon: The espresso portion it dispenses is TINY. Like, less than a proper shot. It was about 2 teaspoons of espresso when I press the single shot button. And, if you use the highest temp setting, the espresso winds up tasting burnt. If you lower the setting, then the espresso is watery. Plus, if I have to use multiple ESE pods in one go in order to make myself an espresso, that is going to get very expensive. Even with coffee grounds, you would probably wind up having to push the brew button more than once to get a decent sized shot.Overall, I cannot recommend this product as the solution for my espresso needs. However, if you have no interest in using ESE pods and have decent upper body strength, then this machine might be for you.

Great expresso machine that doesn’t take up a lot of space and is easy to use. I love the versatility that you can use ground espresso beans or a pod as well as using the frothing wand to make hot water that can be used to brew a cup of tea too.
