A hard to find shoe
When you find a shoe that fits comfortably I've learned that you need to buy a second pair relatively soon, before Asics changes the style, fit, etc. I bought 2 pairs of this model 2-1/2 years ago, so decided it was time to order 2 more pairs. Luckily, Amazon still had very limited sizes, but one was my size. I wear these all the time, whether for walking, running errands or just around the house. The arch is very supportive and the toe box is more rounded so your toes don't feel pinched.

Poor customer service!
Purchased these Asics GT-1000 and they stayed in a box cause I was out of work cause of the COVID-19 , went back to work and the left shoe is defected and not made right! The left shoes has a defect I can't get my foot to fit in the shoe. I have bought three pairs of this styl shoe and they all fit perfect. The seller will not let me return or exchange ! So now I’m out $67 and have only a right shoe that fits properly!This seller will not do anything to help me with this defective shoe.

The toe space is wider than I prefer. Otherwise the shoes fit. Quick delivery!

Excellent cushion!!!!
This shoe fits because I have learned to buy it 1/2 size up. They for a little big so I wear a thick running sock. My normal size too tight n toes go numb. Love this shoe!!! The amount of cushion is like no other I have found yet!!!!! I have three pair! I will eventually have to find a new model but for now I love these!!!! So comfortable, like pillows on your feet. Excellent for overpronation. I have not had wear problems that others describe and my first pair is about five months old. Have I said how much I love this shoe?!?!??!!!
