This organic honey is obtained from Acacia Flowers of the uncontaminated woods of Roero area (Piemonte). It has a very sweet taste and it is packed in 350gr jars. It can be simply used as table honey, as sweetener and also with fresh cheeses like ricotta, mascarpone and cheeses with herbs.
