It's been a while since I purchased this. I hesitated to take it because of my allergies. I am not,however, allergic to this.My first dose was yesterday. It may be my last and here's why:This is a STIMULANT. Hoodia is likely a natural stimulant. About an hour after taking the pill I was on a high for about 3-4 hours. I felt great and got a lot done, however, after that, my appetite came back. I didn't crash, not right away.The next day, today, I'm feeling lower than I have in a long time, and I'm extremely dehydrated, even though I drank water like crazy when I was on the pill.Will I take more? Well, I don't know frankly. I haven't ever taken "diet pills" before. I didn't know what to expect. I'd say 3 stars. It's ok. Useful if you need something "all natural" to help you clean the house. (my kitchen is gleaming, at least..) but I don't know what prolonged use of this will do to you. My hands are like moisturizer sponges today. I can't keep myself hydrated.

I received these about a week ago and have been experimenting with them for the first time.I will say they "seem" to work, a little bit. What seems to happen is you take it and you eat a healthy-ish type meal and you feel fuller longer.I won't say that I feel jittery or like caffeinated or anything, just slightly less apt to binge eat. It seems like less fills me up.I won't say they are some kind of miracle pill or anything, but I'd like to continue experimenting with Hoodia.These pills are very large. I"m 6'0 male, and they are very big. You have to really get a good gulp down to get them down.Your other option is to just cut it in half or mash it up.I hope this review helps you.

I decided to try this out because I was struggling to get off the last 5 vanity pounds....my appetite was significantly increasing, making it very difficult to maintain even a modest calorie deficit. I've been using these for a little over 2 weeks and they definitely take the edge off. These don't completely take away my urge to eat or cravings, but they significantly lessen those urges, making it much easier to stay within my calorie limit. I take one pill in the morning and one in the early afternoon, and so far these have worked perfectly for me. One thing to note, along with decreasing hunger they will also decrease thirst (for me at least), so be very mindful about ensuring I drink enough water. Will definitely pick up another bottle.

I have purchased two bottles of this product so far the first bottle seemed to work well so I ordered another one but it seems the more I take it the better it started working for me which sounds kind of weird but it is true. I don't have a scale so I am not sure how much weight I have lost but I have lost because pants I couldn't fit into are now big on me! It was so easy. I take two tabs twice a day and it helps me not eat so much. I was eating a big bowl of spag and meatballs and I wanted to eat it all "said my brain" but my body said something different because of the Hoodia I was not able to eat it all and I tried but my stomach was so full after eating half of it I couldn't finish it. I had to laugh as I was mad I couldn't eat it all. I had also searched for a good price for Hoodia as there are a lot of them on the market and this one was the best priced and so I gave it a shot and It paid off! so you don't have a lot to lose trying this Hoodia but maybe a few pounds fast! I have recommended it to a friend and he feels it is helping him eat less so far too.

This product will help to diminish your appetite and is a great price. If your body does get use to the product and you start to feel as though it's not holding the cravings back or does not still deter the appetite I suggest backing off for a few day. Then start back. Of course this means you have to be discipline for those days but it's a life style change you are looking for when you are changing your eating habits so hang in there. The product does work and the price is ideal. Remember, It's a life style change not a miracle worker so change your eating habits for life and exercise! The product is a great source of help. I use this daily and for me, it makes all the difference in my will power. I take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach (no hot beverages taken with it or it will lose its effectiveness) and I am not hungry until dinner. Most days I have to set a timer to remember to eat. I will say, if it's not working for you- increase your dosage. Intermittent fasting is so healthy and I've used this to do so effortlessly for the last year by increasing my doses a bit. I'll take 2 in the morning and one to two more late afternoon only if needed. Knocks hunger out instantly! LOVE this product!

This is my 2nd bottle of Super Hoodia 2000! I won't buy any other Hoodia product because this one has the highest milligrams per dosage and so it works the best. I recently ran out and so i went to the store and bought a Hoodia/Green Tea blend product; it just doesn't work as well. Within the first indication of my craving i take 2 Hoodia pills and within 30 minutes my stomach has stopped growling! Now i can go ahead and try and eat something, but i am a fuller quicker, and therefore i eat less. I also noticed that when i take the Hoodia, i do not crave sugar! I don't know if anyone else has felt that or not. I have not had ANY side effects. I will never buy anything else! You have to try it!
