I love my towel!
When Ford Prefect advises taking a towel when traveling in A Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, I think this is the towel he had in mind. I hadn't used this type of towel before but now that I have, there is no going back. I have used this towel as a blanket on buses and a ferry, wrapped it like a shawl under my foulies on a seven day, offshore sailing passage, used it to pad valuables in my backpack, and of course, dried myself with it. When I came home again this towel fit in my sailboat locker. It dries quickly, packs small and is indispensable for any adventure.

I like them. Different but I like them.
Came very nice. I soaked it in vnagar water for 6 hours some say 24 but I don’t have time for that. Works well in that time. Wash and air dry. I really like them they absorb well when I pat dry. It’s not like my big fluffy towels but I hate washing those. Saves space. Now I gotta buy an extra shower rod to hang them. I’m happy. I was very excited when I received it.

Buy these to go with my other Turkish pink towels. They look and feel great.

Not Sure They're Cotton
I have several turkish towels and I was looking for the thick cotton ones like I have now. These are the thicker kind, but I'm not sure they are cotton. There is not a tag with fabric content or where it was made. These are not very absorbent and while they're nice and soft, they feel like a polyester blend, certainly not 100% cotton. I did soak them in vinegar like the other reviewer did and it hasn't made much difference.
