We used the Mesa car seat for two kids and decided to go with the Aria for our third. It’s a noticeable difference in weight, in my opinion. Our third baby is by far our biggest (95%+ across the board) and carrying her in the Aria still feels lighter to me than hauling our boys around in the Mesa. Not to mention, the design is beautiful and baby is super comfortable and secure. Definitely recommend.

I've been a fan of uppababy for a while and I was really happy when they released this infant car seat mainly because of the color and because it is light weight. The car seat is built with the highest quality materials like the rest of the uppababy line. Its very easy to clean and the fabric is machine washable with not a lot of pieces to it. I love this new compact design and I do believe its worth the money.

At just under 6 lbs, it’s shockingly lightweight—making it so much easier to carry, especially during those early newborn days when every ounce counts. The Gwen color with the saddle leather accents is absolutely stunning and stylish without being over-the-top. We get compliments on it constantly!Installation was a breeze thanks to the included base with load leg, which adds serious peace of mind when it comes to safety. The infant insert is plush, supportive, and ideal for our newborn, and the direct stroller attachment to our Vista makes transferring from car to stroller seamless—no adapters needed.We love that we didn’t have to compromise style, safety, or convenience. The Aria truly delivers on all fronts. Highly recommend this to any parent looking for a top-tier, lightweight car seat that doesn’t skimp on protection or design.

Pricey but worth it. Quality is excellent. Gave as a gift and they couldn’t be happier.

This is a great and sturdy car seat. I would not suggest it for babies that are big-natured or long like my kids were. This is best for smaller babies and premies. But a great design overall. We made it work. Also, the headrest was a pain to adjust. I would still buy again.
