Thinner label
Here's a picture of an original Brother's 12 mm tape cassette and the one I purchased from this company. Everything is similiar and fits my Brother P-Touch label maker. The only difference that I notice is the thickness of the tape label. The ones that I bought are slightly thinner than the original Brother's tape.I've printed a couple dozen labels and they were all good except the thickness.Works for me.

Good product at a good price
Received in the mail very quickly and works great. Be sure to follow the instructions on the tab to wind the tape a few times before installing in your label maker.

Follow instructions, or your tape will be toast!
CAUTION: When you open up a tape to use it, there is a blue cardboard tag that indicates that you need to turn a ribbon dial a couple of turns before you use the tape. If you ignore or don't do this (like I did, first time!), it will make a mess of your tape the very first time you use it, and render it wothless!GREAT VALUE: Other than that, these tapes seem to work pretty well. Sometimes you will get a small section of print missing, as shown in the attached photo, but it's not common - this happened on the first label I printed from a new tape I received just today. The second printing was fine. For the price difference between these and the original manufacturer's labels, these are well worth it! I gave them 5 stars because of the value you get for your money. If available, I would have gone with 4 1/2 stars.

OK, not perfect but basically works as intended.
These P-Touch label tapes are "OK", but be sure to tighten them up (as per their instructions) before installing. Also, two of the 4 cassettes in my package were slightly misaligned, so that the clear top tape is fractionally overhanging the white bottom tape. Not the worst but not perfect. Still, I will probably buy them again. They are MUCH more economical than the "Brother" brand version.

Good quality, FAR cheaper than OEM
The OEM prices for these tapes are insane. Everywhere I looked, including the warehouses like Costco and Sam's Club, a single cassette almost cost as much as this 4 PK! The quality is NOT as high as OEM, but you will only really notice when you attempt to remove the back to apply the sticker somewhere. The backing is much harder to get off than OEM tape. But it's all relative, and that's a small "price" to pay for such a great deal!

is adhesive....
Bought this for new lettering machine and tape there did not seem to be laminated. This is advhesive although it is hard to separate the back from the front. The tape adheres all right, but seems thinner than others I have used. This is not necessarily a bad thing unless you reuse folders as I do and the label on top needs to be opaque enough to not show through to the previous one. This seems ok on first trial.....thats all I have done at this point....

Excellent tze tapes
So far so good with using the 1st label tape cartridge. The white is actually whiter than the original equipment :)The only note is that the backing doesn't come off as easily as the original. The split down the center of the backing is not always all the way through - not an issue, just an observation.Good product and really well priced

Great labels at a great price!
I'm always a little hesitant to purchase after-market items that are not manufactured by the same company as the item they're intended to fit. However, the price was so good that I decided to give it a try. The first cartridge is in my labelmaker rigt now and it's working fine. Hopefully, the others will perform similarly.
