I bought these cause I hated the light weight ones I had to deal with, when trying to take those out while the hood is running, those can get sucked up then you try to get them down they can fall and dent. These had I total weight of 21lb for 5 so I was hoping it was true. These are heavy enough I can use the baffle boss (a filter removal tool) which allows quick hood removal while standing safely on the floor, no reaching up, standing on something.... these have rivets and not spot welded so they hold up great. granted I don't have issues with dropping with the baffle boss (I bought here on Amazon). however I have dropped them where others would have dented or possibly the baffles come apart, these hold up. For the cost of a better brand I seen here I would get only 2 for around the same price. One of the biggest things was having drain holes on both front and back side. so if someone put them up wrong the oil will not accumulate in the bottom until it reaches high enough to come out of the front side of the filter which in turns stresses any weld or rivets of a filter.

For the money they are nice but I ordered the 15.5 height x20” wide. 20” is the height baffles go up and down but for the money I’ll put them in inventory

The last ones we had were greased beyond recovery. We got these in easy & they fit. They're a little lighter than ones I've used before, but I haven't noticed if it affects anything. Being lighter, they're also a little more maneuverable, which is always nice. If you keep em clean, they're easy to keep clean. And these are easy to clean. So it all checks out. Nice work.
