Pretty decent waxing kit, has good amenities included, the silicone is super useful so the wax is not stuck to the heating bowl. Waxing in general does have cons (messy, wax sticking to your skin, potentially burning yourself, repeating certain areas), but waxing beats epilating and shaving for me. Recommended.

Very good products. I won’t say it was pain free but much less painful considering it’s the first time using this method of hair removal. I managed to removed 98% of my hairs, especially in the bikini area where I usually struggle. So defiantly recommend it

This has made waxing a lot easier. The controls are very simple and the instructions easy to follow. Though it makes the wax consistency a lot more consistent, it does have a wide range between turn on and shut off, so beware of the temperature before applying. If it is near its shut off, the wax can get a bit too hot for comfort, and when it nears the turn on at the bottom range, the wax is a tiny bit too hard. The best consistency is shortly after it turns on, when it hasn't yet reached that higher temp, or shortly after it shuts off while it is cooling down. But waiting for that every time you want to apply a new patch would take too long. My recommendation for that is to turn it up just a tiny bit higher than you normally would, and twirl the wax on the applicator for a bit to cool it down.

Wax heater works fine, the wax that comes with the kit how're isn't great. No stranger to waxing my own legs, just needed a new kit. Decided to try the wax that came with the kit and while it did take some of the hair off my legs, it didn't remove it all. Atleast half the hair was left and I haven't had this issue with other brands. Id definitely recommend the warmer as it worked fine, but I'd recommend using different wax.

What a shame. Opened the box and was impressed by the amount of wax pellets, spatulas etc. in the kit. The heater seemed like it was good quality. Sadly, as other reviews pointed out, it blew-up with a bang before the first batch of wax had fully melted. Knocked out all the electrics. I replaced the fuse and reset my circuits but it blew again with a bang and a flash a few seconds after switching it on. Can only recommend this product is referred to Trading Standards. Happily, Amazon issued a quick return and refund.

Everything you need for home waxing is included and as a first timer I found it all easy to use. The pot gets hot fairly quickly, I pop it on the highest temp then lower it down a little to maintain the melt! I got a little messy the first time but soon got the hang of the technique and it was easy to pick up any wax dribbles once cooled. The wax beads included did a good job, they work best on longer or thicker hair patches but did remove finer hair also. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cost effective hair removal system for home!

Product are great. Vax set is not very good. Maybe it’s just for me. I didn't notice that the product had a UK-specific contact, but it didn’t make huge problems.
