On October 30th, 2024, we received our order on two printer toner cartridges (TN-760 compatible) via Amazon. These were ordered to have on hand as backup toner cartridges for our Brother HL-L235ODW printer. Our printer has received significant use, and we have a history of using these replacement cartridges.In April of '25, the package was opened and at first it appeared that 1 of the cartridges worked and 1 did not. With the 1 that did not work, I consistently received a "replace drum" error that could not be cleared by machine resetting. I contacted Toner Party customer support and they responded very timely with an assurance that my broken cartridge could and would be replaced, but also asked me to reset the machine via a different set of reset instructions than I had been using, and to try to print a test page. So I did that, and while I still receive the "replace drum" error, the printer does successfully print, and we have used it significantly since. I canceled my request to have Toner Party send me a replacement cartridge having now concluded the error appears to be in the circuitry of the machine as opposed to the cartridge replacement. I told the Toner Party customer service agent that I was grateful for their time and appreciated their technical patience and willingness to replace the cartridge if indeed it had an issue, and they asked me if I would mind writing a review.I'm happy to say that we are pleased with the experience we have received from Toner Party and the quality of their replacement cartridges, AS WELL AS the affordability of them. We plan to continue to use Toner Party replacement cartridges throughout the remaining lifespan of our printer.

I’ve been using this toner for a few weeks now, and I’m seriously impressed. Installation was a breeze—just popped it in and was ready to go. No mess, no errors, no weird streaks or smudging.The print quality is excellent—sharp text and clean lines, even on small fonts and detailed graphics. I’ve printed over 500 pages so far and it’s still going strong, with no signs of fading or ghosting. It’s clearly high-yield as advertised.Plus, it’s a much more affordable option compared to the brand-name cartridges, and honestly, I can’t tell the difference. I’ll definitely be buying this again when I run low. Great value, great performance!

I've now ordered this twice as replacement toner cartridges for our printer, and we have never had any problems with them. Would definitely purchase them again.

UPDATE: the toner cartridge may have been very poor, but the sellers response and communication has been outstanding. They addressed the concern that I voiced in this review and provided me compensation for the poor quality item. They reached out unsolicited to make sure that I was pleased with their service and I can say that they went above and beyond what I would consider to be good customer service. I have every confidence now in this seller.The cartridge fit my printer, which is about the only good thing I can say about it. Print quality was marginal as printing anything in black-and-white or grayscale was faded, light, with no way to increase the density. Purchased a different toner cartridge for less money and it works far better. I'd stay away from this one if I were you

New replaements fit in perfectly into my printer and has no issues so far. Definitely would buy again in the future.

At first I thought that Brother had blocked the product from use with the printer because I could not get it to sync properly. I reloaded the cartridge and rebooted my printer and it is now working properly. I can recommend this product as a result.
