Definitely heed everyone else's warnings about this dress being smaller than expected and getting a few sizes bigger than you normally would. I usually wear around a size 16 dress (L-XL) and I ordered the 3X. It fits great! It does have a little stretch/give to it so that's nice. two small cons to it is that it has an unhemmed edge at the bottom (although you can't really tell from just looking at it) and it has more of a racerback to it so regular bra straps will show. All in all though it is an adorable dress, I got it for a dance at my school and the theme this year is "under the sea" :))

I paid attention to the reviews and ordered the size based on that. I'm a size 14/16, 38DD, and 5'7" and I ordered a 4X. It for my bust and body fine, but was very very short on me. I needed to wear leggings under the dress otherwise I would have give a great show if I moved in any direction! It's not hemmed so I'm sure they are all various lenghts. My other friends (pictured) ordered other colors and they were various lenghts. Ultimately it worked for what I needed.Shipping was slow, so plan ahead. It took longer than quoted and I paid for expedited shipping.

I saw all the reviews talking about how small this ran in size and decided to see if the women's small ran small enough to fit a child. It does! My 7 year old is super happy with her new mermaid dress. The top is a teeny tiny bit loose, so she is just going to wear a t-shirt under it. She is not even very big for her age, so this size would really only fit a very petite adult woman. The little girl version of this dress also runs about 1-2 sizes too small and stops at child size 8 (which is more like a child 6), so this dress solves that problem for us. I am tempted to get a (much larger) version of this dress for myself; it is very pretty.

Such a Great Product! Fits me very well! I ordered the Aqua Blue Scale Dress. 4X. I ordered it July 9th 2017 and the Amazon Tracking told me i would have it by July 14th 2017. But iv'e never had a package come late. So, this was a first. I got a notification that i would have it by July 20th & if i didn't receive it by July 21st I would have to make a call or contact the seller. Well! I got it Today, July 18th 2017. I'm around 230 pounds ish. 5'6" It's got some stretch to it. The stitching is very good. Can't wait to wear this dancing! PS: I ordered a 4X because in T-Shirts, i wear a 2X. So, i went 2 Sizes up. I'm 5'4", 125 lbs, and an A cup. This dress is really adorable. Halloween is my favorite holiday so I am always needing costume alternatives. I wore it as a dragon costume, but it will also be good for a Rainbow Fish costume in a pinch. The skirt is nice and flowy while the top fits nice and tight. The dress was extremely fun and comfortable for a night of bouncing around to parties and bars for all of the festivities of the season!

As everyone else has said, definitely order up a few sizes. I'm 5' and 195 so I'm normally a xl-xxl and I know my measurements* so I checked and it put me at a xxxl but my mom convinced me to get the 4x and I'm glad she did because it's still on the tight side. Also the color is pretty off, i understand screens change the color but the pictures look like a really light turqouise and I got closer to a dark teal which is quite a difference to me. It seems comfortable enough from when I tried it on and overall it'll work for the price since I do really like it because it's a mermaid dress but still a little disappointed over those few things.* for reference my measurements are aboutBust: 41 in.Waist: 36 in.Hips: 44 in.

I love the color and fit, although it was a little shorter on me than I thought it would be. But I’m average on the tall and broad side so that’s to be expected. Overall I’m very happy with this gorgeous dress. The fabric is thin and stretchy and the dress is fun to twirl in. Great for spring events, and the fabric breathes well too.

After reading the reviews, I ordered up 3 sizes!! I normally wear a Large, sometimes XL. I ordered a 3X, and I thought it was hilarious that it was a 3X. It fit me the way I wanted it to, so that was good. I would say it was longer than I thought it would be after reading the reviews. I would say, if you wore shorts under it, it would be passable as a dress, without the shorts showing. I wore it to Foam Wonderland and received tons of compliments!!
