My knees are influenced the worst by my running hobby and these compressions have helped relieve a lot of the pain that I get from running. These fit very well and stay in place while being worn. I love how it doesn't move around either while on your knee, it stays in place which is great. I run quite often so I incur a lot of knee soreness and these compressions have been awesome at keeping my pain at bay after a good run. I usually wear the knee compressions after a run but I also have worn it with regular clothing on. It is non-intrusive which is great because it makes it convenient.
