Once cooked, do these noodles have a sour or lemon-y taste?? Trying to figure out of this is a bad batch.

They should not have that taste, or at least none of the ones I ate had that taste. The reason I stopped ordering them is because I kept getting expired, moldy or packages with holes in them. If you think it's a bad batch, it's probably a batch.

does this product need to be stored in the refrigerator?

No, not until after individual packets are opened. In the store they are on the shelf and in my house they stay in the pantry. Excellent item.

Is the expiration date out at least a few months?

The expiration date was out a few months. The hokkien noodles seemed to be better.
