Adjustable and Sturdy
I purchased this for my grandparents who occasionally visit (and even more during the holidays). This helps them a lot. They need a little extra support to sit down / get up. This is perfect. I don’t have to worry about them going to the restroom. I like that the rails are padded and it’s adjustable.

Bathroom stability.
My mother-in-law suffered a stroke a couple of months ago. We ordered this to make her return home possible. It was easy to assemble, and even my near 300 pounds has no problem with it.

Did not fit.
Did not fit. I ordered this while my wife was in the hospital. By the time I was able to install it, that’s when I found out it will not fit on a one piece toilet. It’s designed only for a two-piece toilet. I boxed it up and was going to send it back and that’s when I found out that it was too late to send back to get a refund.
